Except for Season 5, I've been avidly following all seasons of every type -- regular Top Chef, Top Chef Masters, Top Chef Just Desserts, and now, Top Chef All Stars. My favorite(s) so far: Season 6 (seemed like the most talented bunch of chefs as of yet) and Top Chef Masters Season 1 (chefs seemed to have a genuine love for food and what they do. Loved the humility most chefs demonstrated. Love Hubert Keller).
It's funny because I don't really cook, but I love watching other people cook. Or watching other people cook food competitively. Or maybe I just love food ;P
Personally, I hope Jennifer Carroll wins. Maybe Angelo. A lot of people are rooting for Richard Blais, but he believes so much that he Should win (or that he should've won his season) that I naturally think that he Shouldn't. Besides, his using liquid nitrogen for everything has become cliche. He calls it molecular gastronomy, but I call it basic science.

ReplyDeletei remember one summer... you watched Top Chef and America's Next Top Model all summer long, from the moment you woke up until the moment you slept. you even watched reruns over and over again! hen nahhh~~ ahahaha.. that was one of my most painful summers.
